The Coalition’s Comprehensive Plan update committee has challenged the validity of the housing needs study submitted to the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors in a letter to the board May 2.
“The Housing Needs Assessment prepared by George Mason University Center for Regional Analysis et al. (February 2017) is not a valid foundation for setting housing policies for the New Comprehensive Plan,” states the letter.
