Coalition challenges validity of housing needs study
The Coalition’s Comprehensive Plan update committee has challenged the validity of the housing needs study submitted to the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors in a letter to the board May 2.
“The Housing Needs Assessment prepared by George Mason University Center for Regional Analysis et al. (February 2017) is not a valid foundation for setting housing policies for the New Comprehensive Plan,” states the letter.
