Loudoun County Board of Supervisors Chair Phyllis Randall, citing the need for more public outreach on the issue, tabled the motion to approve a range of new uses for properties in easement proposed by the Zoning Ordinance Action Group at the Board’s October 20 meeting. The proposal will come before the Board on November 1.
The new uses were rejected by the Planning Commission in April, but were presented to the BOS Transportation and Land Use Committee early this fall, which voted to forward the proposal to the Board.
