Speaking of the Past: Revisiting the Civil War in Loudoun

“Speaking of the Past: Revisiting the Civil War in Loudoun” is the title of a history discussion from 2 to 4:30 p.m. this Sunday, October, 1 at the Oatlands Pavillion. After welcoming remarks by Board of Supervisors Chair Phyllis Randall, some of Loudoun’s best-known historians will consider many aspects of the war in Loudoun, along with a history of the Confederate statue that now sits on the grounds of the County Courthouse.
