Claude Moore Park is the site for the 14th annual Family Stream Day, sponsored by Loudoun Watershed Watch and  Loudoun Environmental Stewardship Alliance. Visitors will enjoy number of family-friendly hands-on activities that relate to the health of county streams, including
outdoor nature walks (weather permitting),
macroinvertebrate (stream/pond critters) collection and identification,
soil erosion activities,
tree identification,
stormwater management,
water quality testing,
watersheds and finding your watershed address, and
water conservation.
