This page is designed for organizations and the general public to review the Zoning Ordinance Rewrite (ZOR) and Zoning Ordinance Amendments (ZOAMs) that impact all districts throughout Loudoun County. In an effort to improve transparency, this page provides information and key documents containing input from residents and organizations county-wide. Project management and information gathering is directed by Walsh-Copeland Consulting LLC, with shared input hosted by LCPCC for facilitated public access in a public-friendly format. These Shared Comments white papers highlight the key themes and issues across many communities of interest— from neighbors, organizations and advisory boards — with recommendations and justifications for changes in the second ZOR draft text.
